Motivation in Human Resource Management

Motivation is defined as the act of inspiring the employees to work or not to work hard to attain the predetermined goal. It is the state of activating the person to do something better. Motivation directs the acts and behaviors of a person which drives the people to act with full effort to achieve goals.
